The News

The Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague fully participates in the Digi4Care project, which intensely focuses on supporting innovations and digitisation in health and social care provision. This international collaboration aims to develop, test, and validate the integration of digital technologies into healthcare work processes, thereby ensuring an increase in the quality of provided healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Digi4Care involves 12 organisations from a total of 8 countries in the Danube region (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina), which will work together to explore the potential of digital technologies, exchange knowledge, and strengthen innovation capacities.

The primary goal of Innovation Week, also known as #innoweek, was once again to create a dynamic space to showcase our partner organisations. Through expert lectures, hands-on workshops, and exclusive site visits, these partners offered valuable insights into the real-world projects and activities they tackle daily. This experience allowed students to see firsthand the contrast between theoretical foundations gained in the classroom and the practical challenges companies face. Innovation Week was designed not only for students and faculty but also welcomed the broader public and high school students, making it a truly inclusive event. Over 550 visitors joined the activities, making #innoweek a resounding success!
